At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re searching for talented Game Developers based in Serbia who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and creating engaging gameplay experiences that bring our casino titles to life.

What You Will Do
As a Game Developer, you’ll play a key role in bringing world-class casino games to life—games that are enjoyed by players around the globe.
- Design and develop engaging slot machine games in collaboration with Game Designers, Artists, Mathematicians, and QA teams across multiple locations
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets product and client requirements
- Review, debug, and optimize software to ensure high-quality performance
- Contribute to prototyping new game concepts and support early-stage ideation for innovative “blue-sky” projects
- Accurately track and manage time across tasks and projects
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
• Strong proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming
• Hands-on experience with Unity
• Familiarity with version control systems
• Ability to thrive in a remote/asynchronous work environment
• Strong written communication skills and proactive mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, and solution-oriented
Nice to have:
• Experience in game development
