Overview
Role Scope
Own and lead the creative function across product-facing and internal platforms.
Manage a multidisciplinary team: UI/UX designers, illustrators, animators.
Accountable for creative quality, consistency, and execution across all product surfaces.
Responsibilities
Lead creative delivery for: Player-facing engagement features and mini-games
Product onboarding experiences & back-office and internal user flows
Intake and translate product requirements into executable creative direction.
Define and own the creative vision aligned with product strategy.
Produce and oversee delivery of Information architecture,user flows and journey mapping
Wireframes
High-fidelity prototypes
Design systems and reusable components
Own design system governance and evolution, including standards, patterns, versioning, and scalability across products.
Ensure design intent is preserved through development and release.
Establish and enforce design standards, patterns, and system usage.
Account for cross-market localization and regulatory constraints, ensuring designs support jurisdictional, compliance, and certification requirements common to iGaming products.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders.
Drive alignment between creative, product goals, and technical constraints.
Review, approve, and sign off creative outputs at key milestones.
Maintain transparency, predictability, and stakeholder buy-in throughout delivery.
Own creative decision-making authority and trade-offs.
Provide creative input into product strategy and roadmap discussions.
Ensure effective handoff and follow-through with engineering teams.
Validate implementation quality and ensure feedback loops are closed.
Leadership & Delivery
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative team.
Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities.
Contribute to delivery planning, scoping, and estimation.
Balance creative ambition with delivery timelines and technical feasibility.
Prioritize work intake across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
Identify creative delivery risks and mitigate early.
Scale processes to support parallel product streams.
Qualifications
Required Experience
Senior-level experience leading creative or design teams.
Proven ownership of end-to-end product design delivery.
Strong background in UI/UX design with hands-on expertise.
Demonstrated strength in illustration and visual storytelling.
Solid understanding of animation.
Experience working with complex, interactive digital products and platforms.
Direct experience collaborating with product managers and engineers.
Experience owning and evolving design systems in production environments.
Prior experience in iGaming or similarly regulated, multi-market digital products preferred.
