At IGT, we design and build casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re searching for talented Concept Artists based in Serbia who are passionate about visual storytelling and bringing imaginative ideas to life.

What You Will Do
As a Concept Game Artist, you’ll be at the heart of the creative process—shaping the look and feel of our games from idea to execution.
• Partner with Producers and Game Teams to define and develop compelling visual directions
• Create high-quality production art including characters, environments, backgrounds, animations, and UI elements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver engaging visual solutions
• Produce visually striking content efficiently without compromising on quality
What We're Looking For
Must have:
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Excellent drawing and design fundamentals (color, lighting, composition, form)
• Proven experience in 2D animation
• A strong portfolio that showcases creativity and versatility
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently
Nice to have:
• Experience with Unity
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Maya, Blender)
• Background in game development
• Knowledge and experience in Spine.
