Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and carrying out activities related to network automation, monitoring, and automation tool support.
- Applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach for modifications of existing applications, simple changes, reports and request for network automation with minimal supervision from more senior engineers.
- Familiar and complies with IGT policies, DCA ISO 9001, 20000 and IGT 27001 processes and procedures.
- Adheres to service level agreements by following established SLA performance requirements as well as adering to IT best practices by following established IT best practice performance.
Qualifications
- Two year degree or 3 - 4 years of related experience without a degree.
- Demonstrates a relentless commitment to meeting and exceeding customers' expectations while also achieving the goal of reducing the risks and costs of providing services.
- Assists with administration of the NMS systems and software integration with other applications.
- Assists with planning and coordinating project schedules for automation deployments or upgrades.
- Responds to user problems, and works problems to resolution.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $52,170 – $97,030 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
