Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in business systems, SAP, data analysis, and process improvement. In this role, you will work closely with experienced team members to support SAP Variant Configuration models, pricing activities, business processes, and day-to-day operational support while developing your technical and business analysis skills. Comprehensive training will be provided, including a structured 12-18 month development program and a 3-4 week hands-on training session in Reno, enabling the successful candidate to develop the specialized knowledge required to work independently within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of product models within SAP Variant Configurator.
- Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support solution development and process improvements.
- Monitor and resolve routine support requests and JIRA tickets with guidance from senior team members.
- Assist with SAP pricing record maintenance and promotional pricing updates.
- Support data imports, table loads, and system maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
- Help validate product, pricing, and theme updates to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in testing activities for system enhancements and new functionality.
- Learn and apply best practices related to SAP, product configuration, and business operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field with good GPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Close attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong willingness to learn SAP systems, business processes, and product configuration concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic project, or coursework related to ERP systems, SAP, business analysis, data management, or process improvement.
- Basic understanding of business processes or enterprise software systems.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
- Experience working with databases ( SQL skills), reporting tools, or data analysis.
