Overview
We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across Arizona. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field. In this role, you’ll serve as the front line of service—diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
What You'll Do
• Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operating efficiently
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolve problems
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment
• Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service and professionalism
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
• Travel throughout Arizona (and occasionally Southern California), including overnight stays when needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support
What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role
• Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred
• Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
