Responsibilities
IGT seeks a dynamic leader to serve as a field services supervisor in Wixom, MI. The job involves team leadership, cross-functional meetings, action item development, and project progress reporting in the lottery industry.
A day in the life of a Field Services Supervisor.
- Under general supervision, plan and supervise work related to the provision of onsite Field Services in an assigned geographical area.
- Supervise projects spanning multiple market segments for lottery clients, from product setup to equipment servicing and upgrades.
- Supervise and coordinate the highest possible level of service delivery of daily activities, including:
- Complete the lottery service elements of IGT's order cycle, including planning for installation/removal, scheduling, and implementation.
- Support recurring revenue products 24/7 with planned and unplanned maintenance, jackpot response, upgrades, onsite maintenance, and after-hours technical coordination.
- Handle part sales and order processing support, e.g., internal order processing, stock transport orders, and parts sales and exchange.
- Coordinate employee and/or customer training.
- Plan, coordinate, prioritize, and schedule workflows to support service requirements.
- Provide technical and compliance mentorship by helping diagnose problems or interpret procedures.
- Supervise compliance with relevant regulations and regulators.
- Recognize and respond to urgent and/or abnormal situations.
- Support the improvement and protection of IGT revenue and assets by contributing to labor analysis, expense control, customer invoice processing, and updating equipment master documentation.
- Promote and enforce safety rules and regulations for the area supervised.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Typically has 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics, hardware, software, and slot tech/Casino/Gaming, as well as project or team lead experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of systems architecture and AC/DC fundamentals.
- Familiarity with SAP and technology proficiency.
- Detailed networking experience required.
- Knowledge of tools and experience using the tools is required.
- Ability, flexibility, and willingness to work varied shifts, overtime, and travel to client sites as needed.
- Flexibility of work location is a must.
- Must have the ability to maintain a neat appearance and personal tools for the position.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds and stand a full shift.
- Must be able to adapt to various jurisdictions and collaborate with compliance officers.
- Must have a valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass IGT security background check.
- Must be able to acquire a gaming card.
PREFERRED
- A+ Certification, N+ Certification, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Able to work in adverse conditions for an extended period of time.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Work well under pressure and take direction from supervision.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000 The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
