Responsibilities

Daily management and procurement of our enterprise & production telecom assets and wireline inventory. Works with company stakeholders (Site Managers/ Finance/ Engineers) to ensure orders are placed accurately and time sensitive deliveries are met. 

Duties:

Procurement: 


•    Moves/adds/changes, following and monitoring the approval process
•    Assigning policies, permissions, and accesses in the TEM tool
•    Update vendor contacts in the TEM tool

Disconnect:
 

•    Decommission/end-of-life
•    Either you or engineers can create disconnect orders
•    Monitors disconnect orders

Quotes:
 

•    Get a minimum of 3 alternate vendor quotes per request unless the new circuit will be added to a closed network with an existing vendor.
•    Circuit life cycle management in the TEM platform.
•    The order is created in the platform and submitted in for processing.
•    Individual engineers and you can create orders.
•    Cost Center and Engineering approvals are required, the platform workflow sends upon approval, the order is sent to the vendor via email for processing.
•    The vendor provides order fulfillment details for you to enter in the platform.
•    Track progress until the order is completed and close the order if the original order creator does not.
•    Other Duties:  Attend weekly and/or monthly meetings with Vendors and as needed with engineers.
•    Collaborate and train multiple IGT groups; Enterprise, Lottery, Contracts, and projects on TEM tool procedures.
•    Ensure telecommunication contracts are signed using existing process. 

Mobility:


•    Works and collaborates with mobility team supporting day to day tasks
•    Communicates with internal customers with status updates and current trends
•    Knowledge of wireless network and roaming needs 
•    Face to face support in office when required 

Qualifications: 
 

Education:

•    Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:
 

•    5 years of work experience; 2 years of related experience is required. 
•    Microsoft 365 competency

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $54,500 - $105,000.. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
