Overview

The System administrator we are looking for will be part of our Sports Betting installations team based in Rhode Island. The successful candidate will have architecture and support experiences to help drive efforts in the implementation of new infrastructures in North America as well as to monitor and remediate support issues.

First Year Goals:
• Ability to travel
• Understanding of IGT’s storage environment
• Be able to manage all IGT’s VMware environments
• Be able to solve the majority of routine issues/problems as well as able to troubleshoot issues/problems on your own and escalate to corresponding teams.
• Acquire all necessary gaming license required to perform job duties

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
• L2 or L3 support experiences with customer minded and service-oriented spirit
• Good understanding of data center architecture
• Motivated and eager to learn and participate in a dynamically growing and changing environment
• Previous experience in system implementation

Preferred Qualifications:
• 4-year degree in C.S. or related IT field
• Solid understanding of data storage techniques and architecture
• Good understanding of disaster recovery processes
• Industry certification
• International communication skill or experience is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795-$122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
