Overview

At IGT, we're seeking a Sustainability Procurement Manager to lead and enhance our global operations. This is an outstanding chance to drive balanced procurement strategies, ensuring our practices align with our ambitious ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals. You will be at the helm, partnering with Global Sustainability and cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and compliance. This role also involves managing key supplier relationships, implementing strategic sourcing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Integration: Collaborate with category sourcing managers and business leaders to integrate balanced procurement strategies across all spend categories.
  • ESG Standards & Reporting: Embed ESG standards into supplier interactions, including Code of Conduct, RFPs, and contracts. Manage ESG reporting, metrics, and surveys.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with sustainability-focused organizations to improve engagement and community presence.
  • Sourcing & Supplier Management: Make crucial decisions on sourcing strategies, contract awards, and supplier management while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Efficiency & Quality Optimization: Implement sourcing strategies that ensure efficient, timely procurement without compromising quality or sustainability.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and opportunities for innovation in the supply chain.
  • Working Together Across Teams: Collaborate with internal collaborators to ensure adherence to procurement policies and successfully manage RFPs/RFQs and contracts.

Qualifications

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a focus on sustainability, supply chain, or procurement.

Experience

  • Minimum: 5 years in procurement, including 3 years in a sustainability-related role.
  • Preferred: 7 years in procurement, including 5 years in sustainability.

Skills & Proficiencies

  • Strong knowledge of ESG regulations, standards, and certifications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving in complex, cross-functional environments.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
