Responsibilities

IGT is seeking a Material Handler I to become an integral part of our ambitious lottery logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incoming material, general order fulfillment including pulling and picking items, preparing and verifying orders, shipping orders, and maintaining inventory levels within our IGT Lottery Parts Distribution Center. This dynamic role offers the chance to contribute to a premier order fulfillment process, ensuring that our operations run detailed and efficiently.   •   Prepare orders thoroughly, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  •   Verify the accuracy and completeness of all orders.
  •   Move raw materials and parts using hand and powered machinery.
  •   Complete SAP transactions and workflows with accuracy and efficiency to maintain flawless operations.
  •   Monitor and maintain stock levels for all inventory items, ensuring adequate supply for production needs.
  •   Handle end-of-day courier shipment manifests promptly to meet delivery schedules.
  •   Provide backup support to the Distribution Center Supervisor or other team members as needed. 
  •   Maintain a clean, organized workspace. 
  •   Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

  •   Must be at least 18 years of age.

  •   Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.

  •   Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. 

  •   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  •   Basic mathematical skills to handle inventory county and order verifications. 

  •   Understanding and experience with computer systems. 

  •   Ability to remain physically active for entirety of shift.

  •   Must be able to regularly lift and maneuver up to 50lbs safely. 

  •   Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed. 

  •   Ability to pass a security background investigation.

  •   Must be able to operate and be forklift certified.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $43,680 - $46,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
