Responsibilities

 

Process transactions accurately and efficiently and play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction objectives. Duties and responsibilities of the cafeteria assistant will include greeting customers maintaining a clean Café and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions.  Prepare for each day ensuring that the product is ready for all customers internal and external. Must be flexible with work hours based on business needs.

 

Duties and responsibilities of the cafeteria assistant will include:

  • Greeting customers maintaining a clean Café
  • Keeping reports of cash and credit transactions
  • Prepare for each day ensuring that the product is ready for all customers internal and external
  • Must be flexible with work hours based on business needs
     

Tasks not limited to: 

  • Assist customers 
  • Maintains POS system and receipts 
  • Assist in daily food prep to include baking slicing etc.
  • Breakfast and lunch set up
  • Set up functions 
  • Take requests 
  • Keeps Café stocked with products and paper supplies.  
  • Records any stock needed 
  • Keeps coffee full and area neat
  • Assists customers with questions 
  • Check and stock coffee/soda break room areas 
  • Ability to lift 20lb 

 

Two positions available

Qualifications

 

1 year experience in Food Service
Customer Service and Strong Communication skill set
