Strategic Market Development Support (Gaming)

Role Overview


We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and responsible individual to support our Strategic Market Development (SMD) management team with project, reporting and administrative activities required to efficiently manage the SMD process across multiple projects.


• Calendar, travel and expense management
• Support the SMD team in scheduling, managing and confirming meetings/workshops related to SMD opportunities
• Support to confirm preparations required for SMD face to face workshops (when permitted), inc. liaising with external attendees, customers, catering agencies and facilities management
• Provision of pipeline reports across all SMD regions to facilitate resource forecasting and planning
• Consolidate and validate data/information from multiple sources in order to produce management reports
• Create and manage project status reporting for active pre-bid and Pre-Sales projects on a weekly and monthly basis for Senior Management
• Work with multiple data sets across opportunity portfolios to produce regular (monthly, quarterly and annually) Executive/management reports detailing key performance indicators, including no./type of projects, critical success factors and organizational alignment.
• Manage and support SMD pre-bid activities as part of the SMD process
• Create PowerPoint (scope) and Excel (actions) documents as outputs from facilitated SMD workshops/meetings
• Manage SMD tasks and project status through Excel driven checklists and guidelines
• Ensure SMD documentation is stored, archived in an organized and manageable file structure
• Own and manage SMD actions, work plans and status (project meetings, team meetings and workshops)
• Support SMD project budget requests, forecasts and reports (actual vs forecast tracking) and align budget needs with Corporate Development Finance



• Administrative support : Outlook calendar management, knowledge of utilizing tools for travel and expense management
• Proficient with Excel (able to manage formulas and macros)
• Experience in designing and creating management dashboards and reports
• Experience with creating and managing PowerPoint documents (Executive reporting and reviews)
• Note taking and transitioning notes into formal business documents (PowerPoint and Excel documents)
• Some experience in managing data, files and reports
• Good communication skills both, verbal and written, with the ability to manage user groups, multiple stakeholders and internal customers
• Highly organized with attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated with the ability to build and appropriately manage internal business relationships



• Experience in managing documentation within SharePoint
• Some experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting
• Timesheet Tool experience
• MS Project Experience

Experience Qualifications

• At least 3 – 5 years prior experience working within large global organizations
• At least 3 – 5 years administrative and support experience in a large organization
• Educated to BSc or BA level (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent working and demonstrable knowledge of:
o MS Office
