Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of instant tickets by analyzing individual retailer sales histories and monitoring overall instant ticket field inventories. This ensures we increase each product's sales potential.
- Assist sales and field staff in customizing retailer instant ticket inventories by analyzing weekly sales reports and other departmental production reports.
- Review and process incoming ticket orders from sales representatives, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and track order levels to resolve retailer issues that could impact sales and company costs, ensuring we maintain our world-class standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience with a customer service or sales focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fluent in Spanish a must.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,189 - $47,840. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
