Role Overview

 

Our Technical Support teams count 20+ great people, consisting of team leads, seniors, intermediates, and juniors technical support engineers. You will report to technical team lead, that will be there for you in all development challenges, supporting you through your career growth.


We organize our workflow in a relaxed environment, providing technical support and information to customers. Technical Engineer is providing details and information in terms of software products and technical equipment, monitoring software infrastructure and handling configuration settings.


During this process you will closely cooperate with customers, with your team and with other team members of other departments. We value cooperation, positive atmosphere, and teamwork while we strongly believe in personal development and invest continually in training, coaching and career progress of our employees. Our working hours model Is flexible, part time from office and part time from home in agreement with team lead and colleagues on project.

What Will You Do


Provide technical support for issues with technical equipment or software products and hardware and software infrastructure monitoring.
Oversee the design, creation, implementation, and update of the information systems and solve the issues with technical equipment.
Proactively analyze the alerts and system data and act accordingly, including documenting and reporting the issues.
Active participant in the teams that respond to alerts during incidents (phishing, ATP, DDOS, malware etc.) by helping with solving and attending the stages for improving efficiency.
Configuration settings for new suppliers, licensed and operators, marketing events, internal tools and games delivery.
Plan and determine the schedule / chronology for the internal configurations, as well as the step/ stages of the projects using appropriate tools.
Act as a contact between technical departments and the managers who develop the business strategy.

About You


Experience and understanding of customer care approach and technical support is recommended.
Good spoken and written English 
Analytical approach to problem solving and ability to work as a reliable team member, self-driven. 
Good understanding of important technologies, such as Firewalls, IDS / IPS, SIEM, monitor and prevent APT, endpoint protection.

What We’d Prefer


Technical University Degree.
Experience in technical support field, casino games and tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceDesk).
