About Us

Our Romania Play Digital office count 100+ great people and growing. A lot of our employees have a great (5-10+ years) experience and expertise coupled with a friendly, but professional environment. We are successfully creating games here on location since 2014, with well-established business, product, and processes.

Our Products are Online Multi Channel Games (Desktop/Mobile/Tablet) therefore we are using cutting edge technology in our production. Besides new techs we have well rounded processes as well.  

Team includes a Europe based team of producers, artists, engineers, designers, etc. , which may include members in Romania or in Europe. The mathematics team is comprised of 5 people who are mainly mid-to seniors and is based in Timisoara, with one member in Bucharest. Their role is vital to creating the math models behind the games.

What You’ll Do


Provide technical support for issues with technical equipment or software products and communication of technical equipment, monitor the company’s hardware and software infrastructure.
Oversee the design, creation, implementation and update of the information systems and solve the issues with technical equipment.
Efficiently communicate with the partners and suppliers of information services.
Proactively analyze the alerts and system data and act accordingly, including documenting and reporting the issues.
Active participant in the teams that respond to alerts during incidents (phishing, ATP, DDOS, malware etc.) by helping with solving and attending the stages for improving efficiency.
Configuration settings for new suppliers, licensed and operators, marketing events, internal tools and games delivery.
Plan and determine the schedule / chronology for the internal configurations, as well as the step/ stages of the projects using appropriate tools.
Keep track of the progress for the B2B projects, as well as their results.
Act as a contact between technical departments and the managers who develop the business strategy.

About You


Experience and understanding of customer care approach and technical support is recommended.
Good spoken and written English 
Analytical approach to problem solving and ability to work as a reliable team member, self-driven. 
Good understanding of important technologies, such as Firewalls, IDS / IPS, SIEM, monitor and prevent APT, endpoint protection.

What We’d Prefer

Technical University Degree.
Experience in technical support field.
Experience in production of web browser-based slot or casino games. 
Experience with tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceDesk).
