Role Description

IGT PlayDigital are offering an exciting opportunity for a technical enthusiast with a passion for seamless integration and a knack for problem-solving to become an integral part of our dynamic Integration Team. As the main technical point of contact for both our esteemed customers and our internal cross-functional teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the integration of casino content for our diverse clientele. What You’ll Do

•   Act as main technical point of contact for customer/provider technical team, and internally QA, configuration, compliance and product.
•   Support Business Integration Manager(s) to drive day to day Integration project timelines, issues, risks and scope.
•   Own integration kick-off calls including standard customer presentation.
•   Troubleshoot technical issues (frontend and backend) during the integration projects.
•   Analyse requirements from regulation or customer, assess technical feasibility, liaise with stakeholders and prepare technical documentation such as solution proposal, internal technical requirements etc. ahead of implementation where needed.
•   Understand IGT PlayDigital’s products and features from a technical perspective and be able to educate customer’s technical and non-technical teams to help them develop and integrate with our products.

About You

•    Robust back end integration related skill set; likely from web development and webtools.
•    Understanding of Network, HTTP communications, REST API.
•    Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Postman, Kibana, VPN tools, Microsoft Office).
•    Ability/lateral thinking to understand platform features without source code access.
•    Experience with architecture, networking, integration concepts and patterns.
•    Good English verbal and written communication skills with internal and external teams.
•    Strong initiative

What We’d Prefer

•   Experience of working for a casino provider or operator / gambling industry experience
•   Knowledge of casino game formats such as slots, table games and live dealer
•   Experience of integration development from a customer perspective
