Description
IGT is looking for a Dynamic individual who will for fill the role as Partner Commercial Coordinator within the Partner Aggregation team, reporting into the Head of Aggregation.
The role will initially have a heavy focus on working closely with the IGT Billing and Finance team to streamline billing and payment issues related to the IGT Partner Aggregation business. The Commercial Coordinator will be the main point of contact both internally and with time, externally and will be expected to have the energy and drive to offer Operational Excellence to the Partners, so they receive the best service possible. In addition, The Partner Commercial Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking Partner promotional activities and game Work Orders and securing game certificates needed to align to Operators games roadmap.
What You’ll Do
What you’ll do:
· Be the first point of contact for Partners regarding finance issues and offer a first-class service and support to Partner accounts
· Work with the IGT Billing and Finance teams to drive issues to resolution, reporting back to Partners and IGT management when resolved
· Build and maintain excellent knowledge of commercial particularities affecting promotions
· Gather and report back with information related to Partners promotions
· Set up and track game Work Orders to ensure they are successfully completed
About You
Skills & Experience:
· iGaming experience is preferred
. Exposure to numbers and finance tasks
· Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
· Highly motivated and self-driven
· Proven customer relationship skills
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills
