What will you do:

 

To further strengthen our Technical Services Department, we are now looking for a Technical Service Engineer based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

•    Installation, service and support of the IGT product line throughout the Bulgaria.
•    Potential for International travel in support of our growing business.
•    Provide guidance and training to our customers.
•    Take the lead with organisation and execution of installations, field service visits, conversions and upgrades.
•    Troubleshoot technical issues, from identification though root cause analysis both on site and via telephone, email, whats app etc.
•    Create and enhance positive customer relationships.
•    Provide technical support on internal projects.
•    Provide technical support to other team members and colleagues throughout IGT.

Qualifications:


We are looking for a goal orientated, proactive individual with competencies and attributes in
the following areas:

•    Preferentially a minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry is required.
•    Knowledge and experience of IGTs product line is preferred.
•    Knowledge and experience of Casino Management Systems.
•    Field Service experience in a similar or comparable business.
•    A relevant qualification in electrical, electronics, PC hardware or telecommunications or similar. 
•    A good working knowledge of MS office tools, Excel, Word, Visio.
•    Excellent organizational skills, a service minded team player that will fit in the informal but strong company culture.


To fit within our team you must have a responsible outlook, be comfortable taking initiative whilst retaining the team ethic and attituded to work within a dynamic and flexible organization.

We work in an international environment and we expect that you can express  yourself without limitations in both written and spoken English and Bulgarian.


A valid driving license is required.


References from your previous or current employer may be requested.


As the position may require International Travel, an E.U. passport is preferred but not essential.
 

Our Recruitment Process:

The stages include:

-    CV review
-    Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Partner
-    Technical interview for shortlisted candidates with Manager of Field Service


How long will the process take? Depends on number of applicants, usually 2 weeks for interview stage but we are available for additional questions or update on selection stage at any moment during process.
