About the Role

IGT PlayDigital is looking for an experienced yet hands-on DevOps Team Lead able to thrive in a fast-growing business where change is constant. Reporting to the DevOps Manager, you will have full ownership of organizing DevOps team and work flow. As the critical interface between development and operations teams, you will be an evangelist for the DevOps culture.

What You'll Do

Lead a team and organize work flow
Provide operational support to ensure the availability of business systems
Manage and escalate risks and blockers
Used to working in agile and Kanban methodologies
Adhere to industry best practices on security, protecting our customer’s data and business IP
Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and practices

What We're Looking For

Expert knowledge of AWS cloud environment
Experience in leading DevOps team
Experienced with monitoring tooling products like ELK, Prometheus and grafana
Expert knowledge of Linux specifically CentOS and RHEL
Knowledge of PHP and MYSQL
Expereince building and deploying high traffic production environments
Advanced skillset around automation via IaC and configuration management using Terraform, packer and ansible
Experienced in CI/CD specifically using Jenkins
Proven communication skills, which you will use to interface with architecture, DBA and TechOps teams
Good Knowledge of Kubernetes clusters
