📢  We have an exciting role within the IGT PlayDigital Data team! We are looking for a curious, detail-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our passionate, dynamic and strong team to help shape the future of online gaming. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights for our senior leadership, commercial, product, finance and operations teams. What You’ll Do

 

•    Play a key role in executing the strategic Tableau and Analytics roadmap for PlayDigital.
•    Lead projects from EDA to analysis, QA and delivery. 
•    Develop complex calculations, parameters, and customizations, enhancing the depth and accuracy of Tableau visualizations. 
•    Contribute to the creation of executive-level Tableau reports and dashboards.
•    Engage in optimizing processes, visualization techniques and data structures for efficient analysis.
•    Perform complex data analysis to deliver meaningful actionable insights to commercial, product and games teams. Be responsible for performing intricate data analysis tasks, including advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and identifying patterns or trends in large datasets. 
•    Investigate data issues and report troubleshooting.
•    Lead cross-functional collaboration initiatives, fostering effective communication between Tableau development, data engineering, analytics and business stakeholders.
•    Provide mentorship to junior members of the team, share expertise in best practices.

 

About You

 

•    3-5 years of experience working in analytical functions of a data team using current BI platforms.
•    Expert knowledge of Snowflake.
•    Proficiency in using visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBi or Qlik, from modelling / data source creation to dashboard building and business team training. 
•    Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
•    Care, can-do, pro-active, team-player attitude.
•    Strong verbal and written communication to present and demo dashboards and analysis.
•    Experience in documenting processes and knowledge (Confluence).
•    Solid professional experience working with various business functions such as engineering, compliance, finance, legal, product management and commercial. 
•    A passion for data in general, specifically visualizations, performance measurement and report building to bring value to the business.
•    Be knowledgeable and comfortable with agile squads and methodology (Jira).
