Funciones

· Envío de documentación a clientes (GLIs, fotos Coljuegos)

· Actualización y seguimiento de oportunidades, contactos y tickets en SalesForce.

· Realizar seguimiento de Radicado Coljuegos (Colombia) y aprobación de importación (Caribe)

· Brindar soporte al área de ventas con propuestas, deal desk, actualización de Salesforce

· Creación de nuevas cuentas y seguimiento de compliance (incluidos formularios de Due Diligence).

· Seguimiento de conversiones y removals

Requisitos

· Recién egresado de las carreras de administración, ingeniería industrial y afines.

· Experiencia previa en prácticas pre profesionales en administración, ventas, o comercio.

· Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado.

· Manejo de Inglés oral y escrito a nivel avanzado.

· Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal

· Manejo de Power Bi nivel Intermedio

Requisitos deseables

· Deseable conocimiento en SAP, SalesForce y Tableau
