Oversees all PlayCasino game development activities including art, animation, sound, production, engineering, game design, localization, and QA. Manages studio teams and leaders in the US, UK, Serbia, and China. Responsible for delivering PlayCasino games roadmap in line with business requirements, regulatory requirements, responsible gaming strategies, and IGT quality standards. Oversees 3rd party game studio program, including development and support of corresponding program technologies and tools.


This opportunity can be preformed in anyone of these office locations: Las Vegas, Reno, San Francisco, London, Manchester, Belgrade.


* Manages and leads overall PlayCasino game studio organization (100+ people) across the US, UK, Serbia, and China
* Designs and develops organization to optimize towards business and financial goals
* Represents PlayCasino game studios, game development pipeline, and game development processes and standards to stakeholders across IGT
* Drives game studio culture to ensure game quality and competitiveness while balancing timelines and resource plans
* Provides creative oversight and direction to ensure ongoing creative leadership in IGT games and across game studio staff
* Manages vendors and contract services as appropriate to optimize game studio functions and capacities
* Maintains close connections with IGT land studios to collaborate on omnichannel strategies and to share/align assets, IP, and processes
* Maintains strong awareness of digital casino market and competition as inputs into ongoing IGT game improvements and evolution
* Works with studio teams to develop and protect new, original IP
* Owns and executes game project assignments to ensure overall ongoing game studio efficiencies, skill development, and specialization where appropriate
* Maintains strong relationships with 3rd party game studios to drive successful 3rd party game projects
* Drives evolution and implementation of game development tools and technologies to ensure ongoing competitiveness in game quality, game performance, and the ability to attract and retain game studio talent
* Demonstrates leadership through periods of rapid change and growth 


* Interacts across game studios to steer and align on standards, processes, and best practices
* Works with content team leadership to determine high-level games roadmap strategy and schedules
* Represents game delivery plans, game quality assessments, and studio processes and evolutions to senior stakeholders
* Interacts with IGT land studios on high-level omnichannel game development strategies, IP sharing, and processes
* Interacts with 3rd party game studios to ensure strong ongoing relationships and successful 3rd party game projects


* Expertise in digital casino gaming and market trends
* Ability to provide oversight, alignment, and vision to globally dispersed studio teams
* Creative leadership in developing strong player-facing gaming experiences including art, sound, and math
* Ability to engage effectively with internal and external game developers
* Ability to attract and influence internal and external game studio talent
* Ability to direct creative decisions and people
* Ability to track, manage, and improve key cost and operational metrics
* Ability to diagnose/analyze detailed factors contributing to game performance
* Ability to effectively communicate the business aspects of game development including costs, revenues, and profitability

* 15+ years experience in games and/or content industries
* 10+ years of game development experience
* 7+ years experience in the digital casino field as a game supplier and/or operator
* BA in technical or artistic field
* Advanced degree in relevant field preferred
