Role Overview:

 

Test Manager - Manchester 

 

Here at IGT, we are keen to hire a Test Manager who will have a hands-on role within the team and a mix of automation and manual testing experience.

 

This new and exciting opportunity, will lead a small team and oversee all testing activities for our products to the UK market, located from our Manchester Studio.

 

We are looking for an expert lead who may be looking for a step up into management, or a Test Manager, who can bring experience to our team!

 

You will be a collaborative teammate in this role which is vital to overall game delivery - identifying issues, creatively problem solving and ultimately driving the standard of our games.

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • You will have previous experience leading a test/QA team!
  • You’ll be responsible for conducting performance reviews, 1:1s and employee feedback
  • Ability to build and review test sets, making improvements to current sets where necessary
  • Conduct reviews of current test processes
  • Ensure excellent documentation of testing practices and processes
  • Install robust testing practices
  • Provide training and onboarding to new team members including defining schedules, 1:1s and reviews.
  • Expert understanding of defect analysis, risk analysis, and quality assurance practices
  • A collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of gaming regulations, jurisdictional requirements and casino game rules
  • A technical background with either a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Programming language competency or coding background/working experience
  • Knowledge of automation testing
