The Role

We are growing our team and seeking a hardworking, and driven game development project manager to join us in delivering the next generation of digital instant win gaming products for a worldwide audience.

You will work with game producers, content managers, artists, animators, software engineers, audio designers, and game designers to drive on-time delivery of high-quality instant win games.

Responsibilities

Develop, track and report on project progress, resource, staff, assets, schedules, and project metrics.
Facilitate the flow of information among team members on assigned projects.
Participate in removing project barriers and roadblocks.
Identify and communicate project risks and instigate contingency plans.
Work on multiple projects in tandem.
Make recommendations for improvement on existing processes, standards and procedures
Accountable for operating within timelines and budgets (hours), balancing and arbitrating the need to make creative changes versus return on investment business needs.
Work with team leads and management to break down game features, estimate and prioritize projects and timelines and communicate them to team
Facilitate game development post-mortems to improve cross-development processes

Key Skills:

Excellent project management skills
Must be well organised, detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will work independently and have the ability to run multiple tasks simultaneously
Track record of successful delivery of quality product through consistent achievements.
Understanding of software development methodologies
Strong Excel, JIRA, and PowerPoint skills.

Advantageous skills:

Knowledge of HTML5 technologies.
Knowledge of lottery or gaming industry
An interest in working with distributed teams across multiple cultures, time zones, and communication styles.
