RGS eInstant Team, part of the iLottery Product (Global Lottery), is looking for a Sr. Manager DevOps to join the Team.


  • Manages pool of developers in customer delivery projects:
    • plans the assignments to specific projects based on backlog, budget, functionalities and skills required
    • manages developers’ roles and accesses to IGT systems
    • manages resources’ time tracking
  • Evaluates current and future projects’ capacity needs and manages recruiting and replacements accordingly
  • Plans team’s L3 on-call support rotation according to Service Management requests
  • Overall responsible for release deployment, updates, CI/CD, automation in cloud (Azure)
  • Collaborates closely with product R&D team:
    • Plans trainings for delivery team to be up to date with latest software version
    • Plans for possible rotations of developers between product and project teams
    • Requests Product Architect and engineering support when more in-depth product skills are required
    • Manages projects’ backlog by prioritizing tickets that should be addressed at product level
  • Collaborates with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other project stakeholders


  • At least 3 years of experience managing development teams
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development and devops
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure and cloud devops practices
  • High-level knowledge of technical aspects (e.g. Java, Networking, Database, etc.)
  • Experience in Agile development process
  • Fluency in English
