Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on recruitment for our Global Gaming Studios. This role is responsible for creating new and innovative strategies to identify and attract alternative talent pools.  This role will be central to developing pools of ready talent in close partnership with our Global Studios leadership team. This role will work to develop strong relationships leveraging external events, branding initiatives, and hiring plans to support growth objectives as defined by the business. We are looking for someone who is a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.  The successful candidate will own the talent acquisition process from beginning to end culminating in the achievement of their customer's hiring goals. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is to ensure that IGT attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

This role is based out of our Reno Nevada Facility.

Responsibilities

* Learn and understand the strategic priorities and talent strategy for assigned business groups, Global Gaming Studios, and develop strong business insights by being embedded in the business
* Understand labor market supply/demand and workforce trends and share insights with business leaders & People Partners to develop an appropriate sourcing strategy
* Champion strong workforce partnerships, internally and externally, to support sourcing strategies
* Build out programs that will promote IGT’s Global Studios at career fairs, recruiting, and community & diversity events
* Collaborate in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment
* Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization, earning trust and building relationships throughout

Qualifications

* A strategic advisor and thought partner to internal stakeholders 
* Partner and align with hiring leaders at all levels throughout the Global Studios

Act as the TA consultative, trusted advisors in all thing’s talent acquisition

* Work closely across Global Gaming Studios to assess and build best in class recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
* Educate and influence, peers, partners, and stakeholders on the recruiting process and best practices, setting and managing customer expectations and, when necessary, working with partners within the organization to identify, design and implement process and systems improvements
* Experienced recruiting for a broad set of roles that require innovative sourcing channels through social media, diversity groups, networking organizations, and the like
* Excellent candidate conversion skills, including marketing & selling of IGT as a premium employer in the entertainment and gaming space
* Ability to gain credibility and build solid relationships with candidates, business teams and partners
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
* Solid project management skills – the ability to multi-task, excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
* Master market data, trends, and business initiatives to guide your customers and the business to opportunities that could drive innovative talent strategies and business growth
* Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
* 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience focused on technical recruiting in the technology or gaming industry desired
