IGT is seeking our next customer-service oriented leader! We are on the look-out for a Slot Attendant to attend to our slot machines in the Reno-Tahoe Airport and to build awareness for the customer of your presence for those who are traveling to and from the Reno-Tahoe Airport. Work four 10-hour shift schedule (swing shift) each week. Responsible for activities and scheduling of cashiers. Verification of vault and change bank inventory. Coordination and verification of Jackpot and fill payments. Review customer disputes. Perform minor machine repair.


This position must be able to work four, ten-hour shifts, including weekends.

  • High school diploma
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Basic math skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in gaming operations
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
  • Must be able to stand a full 10-hour shift
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming card upon employment
  • A security investigation will be conducted
  • Must be bondable
