Join our team as a Slot Attendant, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of IGT gaming machines while providing top-notch customer service to travelers arriving and departing Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

  • Coordinate and verify jackpot and fill payments.
  • Solve customer disputes.
  • Verify vault and change bank inventory.
  • Perform minor machine repair.


  • High school diploma
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Basic math skills required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in gaming operations
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
  • Must be able to stand for full 8-hour shift
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to obtain a gaming card upon employment
  • A security investigation will be conducted
  • Must be bondable

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting hourly compensation range is $20.00 - $25.00. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.


Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
