As a Product Tester IV at IGT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless production and delivery of our world-class electronic gaming machines. This position is integral to maintaining the quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance of our products, which are central to IGT’s commitment to delivering exceptional gaming experiences. By conducting thorough testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring production efficiency, you will help uphold IGT’s reputation for excellence in the gaming industry while contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and skilled workforce that supports IGT’s mission to innovate and lead in gaming technology.
- Perform functional testing of all machines on the line to ensure compliance, compatibility, and accurate operation.
- Test sub-assembly and machine functions on multiple products, verifying product functionality, quality, and compliance with gaming regulations.
- Utilize and maintain tools and equipment including coins, tokens, currency, and player tracking cards and verify information and document discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot problems by identifying defects, executing appropriate fixes, and maintaining the expected rate of output.
- Document and report testing outcomes, including identified defects and corrective actions.
- Train and follow up on new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of gaming industry regulations and familiarity with regulatory requirements, materials management, and production processes.
- Competence in basic math functions, such as addition, subtraction, counting, and measuring.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
- Basic proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning tools.
- Proven track record of managing time efficiently and meeting production deadlines.
- Adherence to workplace safety protocols and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently throughout the shift.
- Availability to work a swing shift schedule from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with consistent, reliable attendance.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $22/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
