IGT is seeking a Logistics Coordinator III to work within our Depot Bench Repair team. This high-impact position offers fast-paced challenges, providing an opportunity to optimize operations and lead a team for the world’s foremost end-to-end gaming provider. As the company transitions the Repair Depot from Rhode Island to Nevada, we seek motivated individuals to contribute to the relocation and development of the Repair Depot at our Reno-based facilities. The Coordinator III will shape the team’s transformation and ensure it emerges as a robust, world-class operation, crucial to our Used Manufacturing and Field Service organizations and valued Customers. In this cross-functional role, collaborating with various areas inside and outside of Nevada will be key to serving IGT’s global customer case. The Logistics Coordinator III will leverage their creative and critical thinking abilities within an established, high-performing team. This individual will enjoy the autonomy to make independent, well-informed business decisions while keeping a focus on the big picture. 

  • Key areas of responsibility include: Receiving, put-away, raw material storage, order picking, lineside delivery, induction, extraction, finished goods storage, shipping support and parts distribution.
  • Responsible for efficient, effective, on-time picking and material shipments to customer and warehouses.
  • Sustains and identifies environmental sustainability projects.
  • Drives and develops lean initiatives in the Depot operations.
  • Ensures a safe and clean (5S) work environment
  • Deliver material to customer preferred locations on time, damage free and accurate.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of lean principles and problem-solving tools.
  • Resolves administrative and operational barriers and drives business processes and procedures in support of key business objective requirements.


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Experience in SAP functionality and Systems.
  • Good communicator (verbal/written) who can explain warehouse/supply chain concepts in terms that the business understands.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality programs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills. Looks to lead by serving peers and internal customers.
  • Self-managed and results driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
  • Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional listening skills. Seeks to first understand others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in High Tech, Electronics, or Consumer Goods. 
  • Understanding of material management and warehousing concepts.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $20/hr - $22/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
