IT Asset Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• An Information Technology (ITAM) asset manager analyst is responsible for taking a detailed inventory of the IGT organization’s software and hardware assets and applying the information gathered in making the best decision concerning IT-related purchases and redistribution for the organization.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT software and hardware as well as one or more years experience working as an IT asset analyst
• Proven track record and experience in performing strategic asset management processes successfully
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tool
• Good ability to carry out work you're doing independently with little supervision
• Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM.
