The Business Process Analyst III will play an integral role in the Business Services (BusOps) Department, contributing to the development and design of top-tier reports and dashboards to measure IGT’s KPIs. This role will primarily focus on creating reports for internal stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing or revamping current metrics reporting using Tableau extensively as our preferred deliverable tool. Additionally, the role will involve generating ad hoc reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as needed.

 

  • Acts to foster internal relationships for the operational effectiveness of BusOps and the BI Team to stay abreast of technology impacts and changes. 
  • Works with internal customers to maintain business relationships by providing and designing analysis and KPI reporting.  
  • Develop new reports that measure results of business activity at various organizational and market levels across the Globe including Adhoc requests.
  • Verifies accuracy of data collection and analysis processes to ensure continuity between assumptions and actual activity. Conducts reviews of internal system data entry to ensure accuracy.
  • Recognizes deviations from Best-In-Class Query building business practices and recommends appropriate next steps.
  • Analyze data to aid in making long term procedural decisions, including reviewing dept owned policies, instructional documentation and ensuring they are up to date and meet the needs of co-workers for training.
  • Develop new reports as required for Executive leadership.
  • Distribute weekly VP level approval workflows.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau:
    • Desktop
    • Prep
    • Server 
  • Proficient across several applications: 
    • Excel & PowerPoint
    • SAP Modules 
    • SAP Bex, BW, AAO, WEBI, HANA, and Business Objects (must be highly proficient)
  • Agile methodology certification/experience.
  • Power BI experience a plus.
  • SQL/Python skills a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in creating and communicating executive summary presentations.
  • Ability to reverse engineer existing queries and optimize for efficiency. 
  • Skill in delivering user-friendly content using visual best practices and functionality.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,000/yr - $100,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
