IGT is seeking a dynamic Assembler II to join our Reno manufacturing team and play a pivotal role in crafting top-notch electronic gaming machines. The Assembler II will work across various manufacturing areas, including Slot Machine, Sub-Assembly, and Used Manufacturing. Your expertise will ensure that our assembly processes run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to IGT’s mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Adhere to and follow detailed manufacturing process documentation.
Perform assigned routine assembly tasks to enhance production efficiency.
Assemble parts by bolting, clipping, screwing, and fastening.
Use hand tools effectively in assembly operations.
Detect and correct assembly and configuration errors.
Identify and address deviations from standard procedures.
Operate within well-defined production line procedures.
Accurately document the completion of each production process.
Escalate non-routine issues to senior team members for resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
Must be able to stand for full shift.
Capable of lifting and maneuvering 50 lbs. safely.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to interpret and understand manufacturing process instructions
Proficient with computer systems to read build requirements.
Ability to pass a security background investigation.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $19/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
