Position Overview

The IGT Reno Office is seeking a personable and highly organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As our company's first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Answering Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls from IGT’s main line directing them to individual extension numbers or taking messages as necessary
Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Sign-in and badge incoming visitors using Lobby Track Sign in System, call employee informing them that they have a visitor
Scheduling of Boa of Directors conference room use & cleaning
Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Security: Assist Security by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges as required

Qualifications

High school diploma required
Well organized individual capable of performing a variety of duties within a ﬁxed time schedule with minimal supervision
Must exhibit the following skill sets, communication skills, customer satisfaction skills, multi-tasking and dependability
Must have a professional demeanor and attire as well as clear and comprehensive diction
Pleasant phone personality is important and must have an excellent attendance record. PC experience necessary.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $34,216 - $65,957.The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
