Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our Global Lottery Marketing (GLM) team for Summer 2025. This internship is designed to provide a valuable learning experience for a student currently enrolled in a degree program, with a strong interest in marketing and communications. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of marketing initiatives, gaining practical exposure to real-world projects and tools, such as HubSpot, Seismic, and Wrike. This role requires onsite presence at IGT's Rhode Island office in Providence 2-3 days per week from June to August 2025.

Responsibilities

 

  • Collect and analyze 1:1 customer email data using HubSpot Marketing platform

  • Track and organize social media analytics via HubSpot

  • Coordinate the bi-monthly (GLM) Update meetings, including preparing content, creating PPT, and distributing materials to staff

  • Assist with updating, proofreading, and organizing content for the 100+ page Products and Services Guide, a critical resource for sales teams

  • Track Seismic engagement analytics and compile reports on content usage to drive insights

  • Work with the events team to organize giveaway inventory and support packing for trade show shipments

  • Audit, track, and organize collateral related to ongoing rebranding efforts, including web content updates

  • Review and audit GLM Teams and SharePoint sites to consolidate and organize content, particularly for iLottery initiatives

  • Support the GLM team with entering, updating, and tracking projects in Wrike project management tool

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, and related initiatives

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the summer

  • Strong attention to detail with the capacity to multitask effectively

  • Availability for onsite presence at IGT's Rhode Island office in Providence 2-3 days per week, from June to August 2025

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $22.50. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
