Responsibilities

Support ongoing project activities: prepare flowcharts to illustrate processes
Document operational procedures to bring change acceptance into the organization
Support ongoing project's recurring meetings: preparing agendas, producing minutes, following up on action items
Read and interpret people-related data
Prepare PowerPoint slides based on people data that helps tell stories
Prepare Workforce Planning PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications

Comfortable working with large sets of data
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Analytical, well-organized, strong work ethic and a strong desire to learn
Excellent communication skills
Course of student must be aligned with the area of work
Must be a student currently enrolled in a degree program
Candidate should be able to start work during the summer and continue on a part-time basis (12+ hours/week) once the fall semester begins
