The Treasury Analyst will join a very analytical and fast paced IGT team in Providence and support the Global Treasury operations with opportunity to grow.  The position performs analyses and assists in recommendations on a variety of treasury related activities including derivatives risk management, cash flow forecast analysis, actual/forecast review process of Treasury transactions, monitoring company financial ratios, assisting on compliance, internal controls, and audit process.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities


  • Support day-to-day hedging activities, including daily FX exposure tracking, post-trade matching/settlement, and verification of trade documentation in the system
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly mark-to-market and realized G/L journal entries and other month-end treasury tasks/reports, as needed
  • Prepare monthly GL reconciliations for all assigned accounts; research discrepancies, as needed
  • Provide support for monthly accounting close meetings, including preparation of interest expense, direct managed costs, and FX gain/loss slides; research any material differences vs. forecast
  • Support the preparation of periodic forecasts for cash flow hedging recommendations
  • Prepare annual FX budget rates for the Group as well as monthly FX rate forecasts used by Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Maintain WACC, hurdle rate and internal financing interest rate model
  • Support IGT’s Business Evaluation Team
  • Liaise with internal departments: Accounting (including external auditors), FP&A, Tax, M&A, Business Evaluation, Business Proposal, Business Units, Internal Control and Legal
  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data
  • Provide support for capital markets, including financial forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, audit, and compliance activities
  • Provide assistance in preparation of capital structure strategy, share repurchase program and rating agencies



  • Minimum Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required
  • Minimum Experience: 2-5 years required
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power Point; strong Excel skills required
  • Experience in SAP and Bloomberg is a plus
  • Experience in banking, hedging, or treasury operations a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200 - $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
