About the Job
The Talent Management Specialist III will be focused on Global Talent Management processes and initiatives, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be part of a Corporate Talent Team based in Rhode Island.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.
- Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding, goals and performance management.
- Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs and processes to improve talent outcomes
- Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Talent Management processes
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP Success Factor Talent Management modules
- Strategic thinking and consulting practices

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795 - $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
