Responsibilities

This Finance Manager primarily supports the reporting, analysis and communication of financial performance and outlook for IGT with the goal of accelerating top-line revenue growth, enhancing profitability and cash flow generation, protecting the business assets, mitigating risks, and highlighting potential opportunities to improve the business. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing a wide scope of financial information and insights to segment and regional executive management and corporate financial functions. The selected candidate will report directly to the Director, Global FP&A and work closely with the SVP and VP, Global FP&A, supporting the Group CFO.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide the financial skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to analyze, communicate and direct the financial performance of IGT’s business, including, but not limited to:
  • Manage segment cash flow actual results and forecast process and reporting 
  • Prepare standard reporting for month-end close, forecasts and budgets
  • Investigate variances and trends to provide further analysis and insights
  • Assist in preparation for Board meetings, earnings releases and other corporate presentations 
  • Support ongoing changes to finance-related processes and ensure adoption through systems and tools
  • Maintain good communication with team members and leadership
  • Support and provide ad hoc analysis and business modeling for corporate project workstreams
  • On-going assessment and improvement of the processes 

Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with general accounting principles and procedures, financial forecasting techniques, compiling and presenting financial analysis
  • Technical competence and willingness to learn new technologies and software applications
  • Motivated self-starter with capacity to manage multiple priorities 
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to various business partners and senior leadership
  • Results-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality work product 
  • Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP BPC and Microsoft PowerBI a plus
  • MBA/CPA or other finance related certification a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $74,961 - $164,800. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
