Position Overview
The Corporate Real Estate Program Portfolio Manager will play a pivotal role in our Corporate Real Estate team by integrating program management, lease portfolio management, and lease portfolio analysis into a unified strategic function. This position demands a high-caliber professional who can manage multiple priorities, drive initiatives, and present findings to senior leadership.
This position will be responsible for driving program governance and maintaining high-quality reporting across the program lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate portfolio management, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have proven track record delivering enterprise-level programs, and high quality financial analysis.
The Corporate Real Estate Program Portfolio Manager will collaborate with project managers deployed around the world to meet milestones and deliver real estate solutions that optimize the portfolio and support business growth. Document the multi-year road map of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and stakeholder objectives.
The candidate will have strong communications and leadership skills, an ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and foster strong working relationships. This role will be help lead executive level engagements, helping drive decisions, provide program updates and ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage program governance frameworks (committees, approval gates, RACI models).
- Schedule and facilitate governance forums (Steering Committees, Program Boards), ensuring effective decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Own the development and delivery of consolidated program reporting (weekly/monthly dashboards, executive packs).
- Define KPIs and metrics for program performance, benefits tracking, and delivery health.
- Source and validate data from workstream leads, finance, procurement and technical teams to ensure accuracy.
- Provide forward-looking insights, trend analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and issues.
- Track cross-program dependencies and support resolution/escalation processes.
- Report risk exposure and mitigations to stakeholders.
- Support creation and maintenance of integrated program plans and milestone tracking.
- Highlight and escalate resourcing risks and constraints.
- Define and maintain PMO standards, templates, and tools to support consistency.
- Onboard new project managers and ensure tool usage compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement of PMO processes and automation opportunities.
- Act as a center of excellence for project governance methodologies
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, delivery leads, and third-party vendors.
Program Management
- Document the multi-year road map of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and stakeholder objectives.
- Responsible for the issue of Weekly/Monthly Program Dashboards, Executive Steering Committee Reports, KPIs and Status Trend Reports
- Develop and manage RAID Logs, Dashboards, Risk Heatmaps, Mitigation Plans and Dependency Maps
- Manage the Master Schedule, Milestone Tracker and Resource Allocations.
- Develop PMO Playbook, Standard Templates Repository, On-boarding Materials, Lessons Learned Reports
- Develop a communications strategy
- Establish and manage a document control system
- Coordinate cross-functional (legal, finance, and operations) team dialogue and drive action, to remove barriers to project execution.
- Collaborate with real estate project managers to collect and reports status to senior leadership.
Lease Portfolio Management
- Oversee the lifecycle management of the lease portfolio, including lease administration, renewals, terminations, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
- Utilize lease portfolio management platforms to track and report on lease obligations, expirations, and financial implications.
- Analyze lease performance and recommend actions to optimize portfolio efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with real estate project managers to drive real estate decisions 18 months in advance of lease renewal.
Lease Portfolio Analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling related to real estate leases (current and under consideration) to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Benchmark portfolio performance against industry standards and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
Senior Leadership Engagement
This role will have frequent interaction with the SLT including the CFO, CEO, CHRO, CAO and other senior business leaders This candidate will demonstrate the ability to interact with senior executives, and the ability dive deep into details when necessary. The role is expected to frequently present to the SLT
Best Practices Development
- Design, develop, and implement a robust real estate transaction management and program playbooks and best practices to ensure consistency in project delivery and operational excellence.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance project management performance and project outcomes.
Transformation Initiatives
- Lead initiatives aimed at transforming real estate operations, including process improvements and technology integration to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to drive change management efforts and ensure buy-in for new processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Project and Program Management Professional qualifications - PMP Certified
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate program management, lease portfolio management, and financial analysis
- Proven track record managing real estate programs with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and lease portfolio management platforms; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to senior leadership.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling business cases
- Experience in developing and rolling out standard operating procedures and best practices for real estate transactions.
- Exceptional Project Management skills, including ability to lead teams (both Internal & External) build dashboards, presentations and track metrics, and assemble project information into clearly written report that document findings and recommendation and communicate progress.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $97,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
