Role Overview:

 

The Proposals Compliance Analyst ensures that IGT’s responses to RFPs comply with the terms of the particular bid and all relevant regulations and specifications, IGT’s legal requirements and quality standards. The role interfaces with the Business Proposals team and wider business stakeholders such as sales managers, product, legal, D&I and sustainability departments.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Compliance Process:

 

  • Review all RFPs to understand all requirements.
  • Read and review all written content and provide comments and feedback to writers/SMEs on compliance for our responses.
  • Work with the Bid Managers and resources to complete required forms for each proposal.
  • Understand and prepare confidentiality tables for each proposal when required, working with Bid Managers and writers to populate and submit.
  • Work with Bid Managers to draft any questions regarding compliance with the requirements.
  • Review Assignment Plans for compliance with structure and provide feedback to Bid Managers.
  • Work with different groups of stakeholders to manage compliance, forms, and confidentiality.
  • Document all compliance processes and procedures, working with the Foundation Manager to update any original documentation.
  • Work with Bid Managers, Writers, Designers, Publishing and Editors to confirm all understanding of requirements are the same across department.

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • BA/BS, preferably in a major such as Writing, Journalism, Communications, English, or similar. Candidates with equivalent job experience may also be considered.
  • Experience with writing and RFP processes (required).
  • Experience in compliance reading and proposals forms (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of the lottery industry (preferred).

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
