Overview

IGT is looking for a HRIS Analyst who will assist in the continuous development of our HR systems with a focus on the Total Rewards area. This role may have remote working flexiblity and will report to the Head of global HRIS.  

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full life cycle of HR system projects (design, testing phases..) and ongoing maintenance for the Total Rewards areas: Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
  • Analyse the needs of the IGT Stakeholders and support the HRIS lead in the definition of the annual IT project portfolio
  • Contribute to the innovation on the HR systems area by proposing new solutions to the business Stakeholders for the areas of responsibility
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Economic Management
  • 8+ years experience with HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Total Rewards processes and proven hands-on on system for the Payroll, Compensation and Benefit areas
  • Cloud based HR application certification is a plus
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and best practice
  • Good Project management skills on HR system implementations
  • Strong skill in team management
  • Multinational experience is a plus
