Job Summary

In this position, your primary accomplishment will be to manage varying areas of payments compliance such as payment network and contract compliance and related product compliance. In addition to overseeing compliance oversight of current programs, you will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining 3rd party vendor contracts and customer contracts related to our payment programs and services. As the contract and compliance leader for the cashless enabled programs you will have the opportunity to interact with various level of management on ad hoc reviews with a focus on helping to drive compliance oversight of our growing cashless business Lottery, Gaming and Sports product for our clients across the globe but with initial focus on North America.

What you will do for IGT:

•    Evaluating payment providers and payment networks contracts and compliance regulations to determine applicability and criticality
•    Have a solid understanding of IGT’s underlining products and workflows in order to identify product gaps, provide functional requirements to technical teams and monitor to ensure product level updates are made to meet compliance obligations
•    Keeping up to date and current with industry compliance trends for payments, AML and PCI to assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
•    Review and recurring auditing of team’s policy procedures to assure compliance to best practices for internal controls, services standards and customer requirements 
•    Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
•    Lead and coordinate Compliance audits as may be required by (including but not limited) (i) regulations or regulators; (ii) network, schemes or PSP requirements; (iii) internal controls and/or (iv) internal investigations
•    Lead vendor and customer contract reviews
•    Analyses of existing and proposed legislation, regulatory announcements and industry practices in order to lead the assigned businesses in developing and implementing procedures or produce changes to meet existing and upcoming requirements
•    Manage 3rd party obligations, ensuring adequate service levels for cashless operations are maintained throughout client’s cashless program.
•    Conduct in-depth data analysis, validation, and investigation as needed 
•    Create ad-hoc reports as requested in a timely and accurate manner, assist leadership with various tasks and items as needed

Qualifications

•    Associates or Bachelor’s Degree 
•    Strong contract and related research analysis experience
•    A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality and compliance
•    An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
•    Ability to implement comparative analysis and deliver logical recommendations or conclusions
•    Organized, independent, and proactive, with a balanced temperament to be able to switch rapidly between different projects and competing priorities
•    Highly analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, expected to present problems and solutions simultaneously
•    Ability to quickly build effective working relationships and influence cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and with third party vendors
•    Working understanding of payment networks is a plus
•    Working understanding of PCI Compliance experience is a plus
•    Working understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations is a plus
•    JIRA experience is a plus
