Global Gaming at IGT is an exciting part of our business! We create land-based and digital games and systems. The Global Gaming Talent Acquisition & Process Senior/Manager is responsible for participating in the full life cycle recruitment process in addition to leading and managing a distributed team of talent acquisition partners. The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for owning talent acquisition process excellence to ensure a globally consistent and standardized process, meeting hiring manager and candidate expectations while improving best practices. 

This person has a matrixed reporting structure to the Head of Talent and Inclusion, Global Gaming, and the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition (COE).

Process Excellence

  • Partner on the design and execution of the end-to-end process to ensure consistency and alignment to global process
  • Lead design of local talent attraction programs in support of all levels and types of hires: to include Global Gaming specific campus initiatives, technology pipelines, talent pool development, and highly niche roles for global studios.
  • Continuously seek out innovative recruitment channels and help to drive adoption in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations (COE).
  • Continuously review, improve and facilitate effective talent acquisition process yielding the best talent pipeline and efficient selection process to match current and future talent needs.
  • Leverage talent insights and market data in support of building the talent of the future and in support of global gaming workforce planning initiatives 

Inclusion & Diversity 

  • Drive process adherence and champion global inclusive recruitment practices to include standardizing the engagement sessions and behavioral-based interviews.
  • Improve on Diversity Hiring percentage through the development of workplace partnerships in gaming locations, partner with diversity Talent Acquisition Partners & diversity walk-ins.
  • Leverage all means to build talent pools in support of the GG D&I Action plan to include cold calling, data mining, diversity initiatives, talent pipeline development techniques, network development, recruiting events, identifying internal talent for appropriate developmental opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics 

  • Develop and manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Help develop a recruitment dashboard along with reporting of recruiting effectiveness (channel mix, cost of hire, quality of hire, etc.) 

Stakeholder Management & Recruiting 

  • Establish a strong 3-way partnership with People Partners and Hiring manager ensuring a high service level. 
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels and within multiple business units.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure the job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate standards.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to effectively source and identify both passive and active talent.


  • Lead the design of the global gaming talent acquisition strategy in partnership with the TA COE.
  • Perform strategic sourcing on high priority requisitions to produce quality candidates and ensure positions are filled in a timely manner
  • Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly
  • Motivate and energize your team to always provide the best candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
  • Attend events and represent the company at industry and other recruitment events. Networking is a key skill for this role.
  • Ensure job descriptions are high quality and accurate.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports to present to VP, Global Gaming P&T
  • Lead the design and build of a campus program strategy for global gaming in partnership with TA COE
  • Develop and manage the relationship of third-party recruitment agencies and manage the procurement and measurement process.
  • Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines


  • 10+ year’s experience in Talent Acquisition 
  • 3+ year’s experience leading a team of 2 or more. 
  • Ability to create high-quality processes and lead the team to adhere to those standards
  • Proven track record of leading the Talent agenda in an independent capacity
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing Director/Senior Director searches
  • Active use of applicant tracking system (ATS), Success Factors and SAP experience a plus.
  • Expertise in ad-hoc, complex web search string generation (i.e., optimized use of search engine-specific Boolean operators across all leading web data, social, and search platforms). 
  • Proficiency with traditional web sourcing techniques (e.g., site x-ray searching, flip searching, location-specific searching, targeted community searching, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of social network platforms, online communities, conferences, and other potential sourcing pools used to identify and engage with senior-level technical talent. (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Top Coder)
  • Prior experience recruiting for a technology organization preferred 
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
