Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity to make a lot of impact to a fast-growing business in an industry with projected 15%+ five-year CAGR. You will be exposed to a variety of workstreams: evaluating new business opportunities globally; supporting organic and inorganic growth, providing analysis in decision making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic. You will prepare accurate monthly financial reporting, manage forecasting and budgeting processes, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made. You will report directly to the Senior Director Finance iLottery and work closely with the VP of iLottery and the leadership team, and other stakeholders of the Global Lottery Finance and Corp. FP&A teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide the financial skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to analyze, communicate and direct the financial performance of the business, including, but not limited to:
  • Manage financial planning and budgeting by coordinating stakeholder inputs and adhering to calendar deadlines
  • Prepare standard reporting for month-end close, forecasts and budgets of current year and 5-year Plan
  • Create variance analysis reports and financial models and trends to provide further analysis and insights
  • Assist in preparation of various presentations to executive management and earnings releases inquiries
  • Support ongoing changes to finance-related processes, hierarchies, and re-organizations
  • Leads real-time financial performance monitoring by tracking KPIs and maintaining a rolling R&O view
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with partners and cross-functional teams
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and business modeling for new business opportunities, cost optimization actions, etc.

  • Motivated self-starter with capacity to manage multiple priorities 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and more than 6 years of job-related experience
  • Experience with general accounting principles, financial forecasting, compiling and presenting financial analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Technical competence and willingness to learn new technologies and software applications
  • Experience with business systems and financial reporting software, SAP BPC a plus
  • MBA/CPA or other finance related certification a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $72,900 - $155,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
