Job Summary

This is a key, highly visible position that demonstrates integrity and accountability being responsible for managing Funds Management services including analysis and reconciliation of systems and related cashless payments. Reports directly to the Sr Manager, Payments.

What you will do for IGT:

•    Develop, improve and maintain workflows and business processes to improve department performance, decrease operational costs and time, improve overall quality results, and ensure ability to scale
•    Develop, document and manage our internal funds management processes and resources to ensure every dollar is tracked and reconciled accurately and automated where possible
•    Manage team responsible for reconciling multiple payment processor’s cashless reported sales to multiple internal systems and bank accounts, investigating with third party payment service providers and/or IGT internal technology departments on discrepancies as necessary
•    Serve as a subject matter expert on cashless accounting, reconciliation and settlement functions related to IGT products
•    Partner with finance and treasury on facilitating bank account openings and wire transfer requests utilizing internal control processes and monitoring bank account financial statement treatment
•    Build, maintain and document processes to increase automation, reduce report preparation time and improve delivery timelines
•    Liaise with internal controls and audit; ensuring teams funds management policies and procedures follow provided control guidelines
•    Document and manage technical and reporting requirements (business and operations related to cashless payments)
•    Support technology cashless QA efforts through research of cashless test transactions and reports
•    Support multiple concurrent implementations and assume responsibility for developing and delivering the financial operational infrastructure to support the cashless programs
•    Support cashless program analysis and costing exercises through in-depth financial analysis and presentations
•    Recruit and maintain a highly skilled and engaged team by developing talent, coaching, training performance monitoring and performance evaluations


•    Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Management) or equivalent experience
•    3-5 years Management experience, preferably with startup team 
•    Demonstrated leadership skills, including decision-making, conflict resolution, ability to lead and continuously develop highly engaged teams is required
•    Self-leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and ready to hit the ground running
•    Thorough experience with complex systems and reconciliations
•    Proven ability to drive results by managing multiple projects simultaneously, with high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
•    Personal energy to proactively address situations and adopt a positive approach, resilience in front of change and obstacles
•    Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and data manipulation reporting tools
•    Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
•    Understanding technical flows between multiple payment providers, systems and banks, a plus
•    Strong working knowledge of the financial industry, card processing, card networks, and operations, including an understanding of interchange and other card fee structures a plus
