Overview

 
Reporting directly to the Global HRIS Lead at IGT, the person will support the continuous improvement and development of the HR systems at IGT, having a strong focus on: innovation, digital transformation and agile methodologies. 


The person will be responsible for the HRIS ongoing support/maintenance team globally.

 

The position is based in IGT office in Providence.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the full life cycle of the HR systems for the ‘Ongoing support’ area, with a focus on: ongoing support, evolution and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate a team of internal and external HRIS professionals to ensure proper governance of the ongoing support service 
  • Manage the development and evolution of the HRIS ‘Ongoing support’ area 
  • Manage the service and operations of the e2e HRIS technical Landscape with particular focus on integration management in a complex multisystem environment comprising multiple SAP systems, Success Factors, time and payroll systems, other internal and external applications
  • Analyze the needs of the IGT Stakeholders and support the HRIS lead in the definition and management of the annual IT project portfolio, including the periodical system upgrades
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement in the HR systems area by proposing innovative new solutions
  • Manage a team of internal and external resources based in multiple locations distributed globally
     

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Economic Management
  • 6-10 years of experience within HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes
  • Proven hands-on experience on HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP and related applications
  • Support and implementation experience of integrations with multiple applications and vendors
  • Good understanding of integration tools such as SuccessFactors Integration Center and middleware such as CPI, PO
  • SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR application certification is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and HRIS best practices
  • Fluent English required
  • Good Project management skills on HR system implementations
  • Strong skill in team management
  • Multinational experience is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $72,900 - $155,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
