Responsibilities

Support the manager on the lifecycle of a Successfactors oriented landscape, with specific focus on Learning and Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0 module
Support the manager to analyse the needs of the IGT Stakeholders and support the manager in the design of processes and data model in a cloud based landscape
Maintain running module and processes, providing also business and technical support to the business stakeholders

Qualifications

4 years of solid experience in an HRIS role. Experience in a consulting company is a plus
Deep knowledge of Successfactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP Successfactors system.
Strong knowledge on LMS and ONB modules
Successfactors associate certifications on the LMS modules will be considered a plus
SAP HCM on premise knowledge is a plus
Multinational experience is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200 - $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
