Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Global Contingent Labor Program. This program is dedicated to supporting all temporary hiring needs across the enterprise. We work closely with hiring managers and external vendor partners to source temporary labor in support of our business needs. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce operations and compliance across a global enterprise. You will assist with key initiatives focused on data integrity, audit readiness, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data cleanup and validation across contingent labor records to ensure audit compliance
  • Support the review and reconciliation of vendor and worker data in key systems
  • Communicate professionally with internal leaders and external vendors to confirm information accuracy
  • Help identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and propose solutions for resolution
  • Support special projects related to program compliance, reporting, and vendor management

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools; experience with Vendor Management Systems is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn about global workforce programs and compliance processes

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $22.50 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
